The Kodak Safety Film (5063) was rolled into a canister around 1995 I think, in the USA, and I finally decided to expose it December 2011 in Zeeland. I've rated it at 100ASA and the developer had to push it one stop over. Had to take most photos at F1.4 with a shutterspeed of 1/60sec or slower. The grain is an artifact from the scanning process, Tri-X is grainy, but not this grainy.
